a Lifetime" on the nation's premier striper lake. We specialize in live baiting
and trolling for stripers using the most modern techniques and equipment available.
We are a full time professional guide service, fully licensed and insured with
a "Lifetime of Experience" on Lake Lanier. Since 1979, Shane Watson
has devoted his life to perfecting the skills and techniques needed to consistently
catch stripers. Many of Shane's live bait and trolling methods are used by professional
fisherman and weekend anglers across the country. He is the founder of the Lake
Lanier Light Tackle Guide Association and has been featured on TV and in magazines
nationwide. Shane Watson is a 3rd generation Lake Lanier fisherman.
As Lake Lanier's Premier Guide Service, we have built our reputation on years
of satisfied customers and successful fishing trips. Each of our 7 guides are
experienced Lake Lanier professionals, endorsed by Shane Watson and held to the
highest standards. We guide exclusively on Lake Lanier over 300 days each year.
All of our guides work together and remain in constant radio contact, which gives
us increased coverage of the lake. When you fish with Shane Watson Guide Service
you get the strength, coverage, and experience of the entire fleet.
We run half day, full day, and night trips with competitive rates. To insure
your success, we provide premium live bait at no extra cost. You'll be fishing
light tackle on a fully equipped Carolina Skiff or Sea Chaser boat. We welcome
private and corporate groups of any size. Dock pickup is available when conditions
permit.
